Rankings were weighted evenly between separate lists made by TSN Radio host and soccer analyst Gareth Wheeler as well as TSN.cas soccer editors. 1. Chelsea (Last Week-1) Frank Lampards free kick in the 93rd minute evaded everyone, including Everton keeper Tim Howard, and found the net as Chelsea snatched a 1-0 victory over Everton. Manchester City (LW-2) Midfielder Yaya Toure scored the only goal as Manchester City held on for a 1-0 victory over Stoke.
